    The Le Grey Hotel is a lovely boutique hotel with excellent service. Guests appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cute touch of complimentary cake and teas/coffees. The location (Read More)is great for accessing everything and the rooms were comfortable, although some found them a bit small. Guests were impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the rooms, as well as the friendly and accommodating staff. Overall, the hotel received high recommendations.

    Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff
    The location was great, the rooms comfortable and well decorated and the staff were very helpful and pleasant, every day they serve complimentary tea, coffee and homemade cake in the lounge which is a nice touch.
    The rooms are on the small side, its a little difficult to have an open suitcase

    Lovely hotel, great staff, some of the fixtures were a bit unstable
    The service and the staff were amazing. They couldnt have been nicer or more helpful
    Some of the fixtures and fittings looked better than they functioned. Could have done with USB port chargers

    I can't say enough about our 2 weeks stay at Le Grey Hotel ! The staff was absolutely incredible and made the stay for us amazing. We felt like home there , specially Charlotte but outstandingly all your staff are fantastic. Breakfast was excellent and very well presented. the location was perfect. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is clean. great service overall. I would most definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Paris and again thank you Charlotte and Le Grey Hotel

    It was so close to Metro stations and to Lafayette Galleries. Francois was wonderful and very helpful, and the restaurant staff were very nice!
    There was construction so the Uber drivers cant come through so with heavy luggage you need to walk to where they are.

    The room size is bigger than the average in Paris. We had a bathroom with big bathtub. Staff exceptionally nice.
    The coffee offering in the room could be better. The furnishings are dated.
