The dinner buffet is not that great, staff/supervisor service is off. I had a supervisor telling off the waiters in front of me very unprofessional.

We had a nice relaxing time here. We stayed 2 weeks which to be honest was a little too long for this hotel, but its eas
Very quiet and relaxing, everything was very clean and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and the private pool was perfect for night time and just to have privacy and the afternoon sun.
The beach wasnt great. It wasnt so nice for walking in and out and swimming. The hotels further along had fantastic beaches although much bigger complexes.
The food was dissapointing.

Service is very poor. Starting from Reception to room service, staff seemed poorly trained. The worst thing is the poor processes the resort had. For everything we need to call the reception and often requests would be ignored. We had to call repeatedly. There seemed to be no accountability.

The room service was fantastic and the room was very clean. And I would like to thank Samantha for her great help and support
One male staff at the reception was rude and made my check in very late i was waiting more than an hour and when I asked him he said it will take 10 minutes but it took more than half an hour.
