    Good food, great stay. Has an amazing experience.
    Access to the beach and since we had taken the presidential suite, the private pool was awesome.
    While the open concept bathroom and washroom is fine, it would be better if better blinds or shower curtains are used.

    The resort has such a serene natural beauty, well maintained. Rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet spread had lots of choices and were delicious. The staff were courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a nice relaxing stay with the family. Would love to visit again.

    Location is good. It is located and on a clean beach and the lawns are well maintained. The pool is decently clean though something very sharp poked my leg in the kids pool. The room aesthetics are good. The rooms are very spacious with a clean balcony etc... they promptly clean the room. The staff and service is good.
    When it rained heavily the water entered into to room making the floor wet in the middle of the night. This is so dangerous for aged people who might slip and fall really bad. They offered to change the room though but its too much of a hassle to shift so we just stayed put by asking for extra mats and stuff. Found one or two roaches in the rooms plus mosquitoes The food was expensive but very average. The buffet is repeated. Once we got a dinner buffet and that wasn't worth anything. A la carte is manageable but still isn't upto the mark for the money they charge. Very steep prices but overall stay and food just ok. Also found many roaches in the dining room. Really big ones. The tables and chairs in dining are uncomfortable and shaky. You will be paying mainly for the location and room aesthetics.

    Lovely place to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of White town.
    We enjoyed the large room sizes of the Presidential Villa. The rooms were clean and the furniture provided was excellent. The open air bathroom was also good and the shower had warm water at just the right temperature. The private pool was a joy to use. It is small but it was more than enough for us. The staff provided a larger swim tube for my wife and smaller swim tube for my daughter and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The public pool was also good. Food was quite good. Breakfast had many choices and the dosa counter churned out excellent dosas. W.r.t. lunch and dinner, French fries, Prawn dishes, Chicken Maryland, Chicken Nuggets etc. were crispy and very well made. The reception, housekeeping and room service staff were cordial and helpful. The beach just outside the property was one of the cleanest I've seen in India. I observed very little waste around the beach.

    Not much really but if they are looking to improve then i> W.r.t desserts we tried at lunch or dinner, the Blueberry Cheesecake dessert was poorly made i.e. there was zero cheesecake. Also, the dish appeared to be glazed with store bought jam. This really needs to improve. This was in stark contrast to the Kerala pudding dessert which was excellent. Also, the sausages served at breakfast weren't good but then, this did not affect us as there was so much variety at breakfast. ii> The regulator knobs for the fans in the games area above reception were missing. Also, I couldn't figure which switches controlled most of the fans. This should be fixed. At the very least, knobs should be provided. The pool table was covered but I did not bother to use it anyway. iii> This is purely my opinion and I stayed in the largest room the property had to offer but the price I paid for a 2 day stay was quite steep. Perhaps the regular room is what I would go for next time as the public pool is just as good.

    Never again will we stay here.
    The staff from the property were courteous but there was the swim guards who just were not up to the mark. One of the swim guards came and even touched my trousers! Twice ! Food was really not up to standard. Jeera Fried potato was sweet. Other dishes had a similar problem. I have stayed at this property before and it had the best filter coffee Ive had so far. This visit, was a let down even in the filter coffee. It wasnt even close to the filter coffee Ive had. My partner really did not like the behaviour of few staff or the food at the property.
