We stayed just for a night but were happy there. Everything seemed to fall in place easily. The place had an easy vibe.
Great location, cheerful, well priced with a great restaurant.
We were a bit worried about the noise from the restaurant, but honestly there was no disturbance in our room on the first floor. Rooms on the ground floor should be avoided.

Exterior at the front door dirty with the municipal bin overflowing with trash which had a bad smell. Reception area is non existent. Bedroom had a damp odour. Dining was too close to your bedroom room and therefore lacked privacy.

excellent room , modern / clean. comfortable bed. great restaurant in hotel . recommend an upper floor since restaurant is in courtyard next to all ground floor rooms.
seems like construction in gutters on surrounding streets . had to walk on streets with cars , auto rickshaws , motorcycles. no fault of hotel. hopefully will be repaired.

Excellent property
The location is good. Spotless clean room. I was traveling with my one year old and I had requested the hotel to thoroughly clean the room prior to arrival. The public was spic and span. The hotel is very well maintained. The chef had made excellent baby food for my son. The staff is very helpful and highly professional. I do not remember names but all of them were so cordial and warm.
Only four 500ml water is provided in a day. In a coastal area one tends to get dehydrated therefore water is a must when you are charging so much per day.
We were there to celebrate our anniversary which I had informed during booking but no one in the hotel acknowledged that. Maybe they forgot since the hotel was busy.
I had a bad experience with one of the hotel staff during booking (Subhajit). He messaged me in a way that didn't go well with me.

Good for a short stay
Location and the staff were really helpful. They arranged our road transport to our next destination which was 7 hours by road. This was done brilliantly and the driver was first class
Breakfast was not as good as we expected for a foodie hotel but we ate dinner one night which was very good.
