    The location for this property is fantastic. Its right next to the airport and metro station with easy and safe access to most places in lucknow. The staff was very helpful and flexible with my requests.
    I would expect the healthcare and fitness facilities to be slightly better maintained. It seems a little run down owing to not many customers using it.

    Very comfortable beds. Easy access shower. Tea and bottled water in room. Great AC. TV. Nice views of the surrounding area and main road.

    cleanliness and prompt response of staff
    the food, location is a bit odd as its on highway and all night u can hear traffic noise but try to take rooms at the other end as its a vacant plot.

    Very clean and comfortable, close to the airport
    Very clean and comfortable with very professional staff. It is located right next to a metro station, which is a great way to get straight to the heart of Lucknow. Great breakfast too.
    The food was a bit expensive.
