    Wed stay again. good value for money and excellent location.
    excellent location since its near S-Bahn and other establishments/ sites. Its only 1 train ride from airport to hotel. Clean room. The hotel staff were nice or accommodating too.
    Its just unfortunate that at the time of our stay, 2 of 3 the elevators were not working.

    Hotel location is very comfortable and strategic for a tourist. You can reach by foot main Mitte locations and spot also for breakfast and brunch. Plus you have metro and trains very close
    The room was not perfectly cleaned at our arrival with some dust under the beds. In addition there was an accumulation of dust behind a wooden door covering the wall where we thought there was a wardrobe (unfortunately absent in the room). The serious and unexpected thing was the forgetfulness in cleaning the room the following days despite our reporting and confirmation of taking charge by the staff. The room was also not serviced the last day and we were left with no clean towels.

    The hotel has 3 lifts, 2 of them were broken (and for some time all of them were shutter down) so we had to use staircase

    Great location lovely breakfast would definitely use it again if we return to Berlin
    3 lifts only 1 was working its just one of those things that i recon went wrong over new year bit of a trek up and down stairs.
