    The Leonardo Hotel Hamburg Altona is highly recommended for its great rooms, comfortable and clean facilities, and helpful staff. The hotel is a bit far from the city center but easily accessible by (Read More)public transport. The gym is nice and clean, and the lifts have cool lights. The breakfast has a variety of selections and the surrounding area has nice restaurants. Overall, guests had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel.

    Lovely time in Hamburg - hotel geared up for business people - receptionist not willing to sort problem out
    Modern clean property Good breakfast
    Booked twin room (2 single beds) were given a bed with two singles beds more like a double and which couldnt be separated. Room very small Spoke to reception and was advised that as there were individual single duvets this was a twin room !! No offer of an alternative just felt like I had to put up with it. Complained to booking.con who gave a voucher. On departing from hotel same receptionist asked how our stay as and I advised her re the twin room and she said that I should book a bigger room ! In the evening shortage of staff and only seemed to be one member of staff running the bar and restaurant and was running around like a headless chicken
