    If I had known I would never have stayed here. Stay away for romantic gateway!
    It was very nice that they left gifts at our door on Christmas day.
    Our room did not have a lake view as promised. There is no lake view from any room in this hotel. You can see the view from my room in the attached picture. Also there was no privacy. You should sit with the curtains closed. Someone is constantly passing in front of your room. During room cleaning, they put something heavy on my iPad and there was a mark on it. Nobody cared about my complaint. They have a service approach that is definitely not worth the price. Since the breakfast was bad, I chose to have breakfast elsewhere on the second day.

    Outstanding hotel synonymous with the Leeu Collection brand.
    An absolute jewel in the heart of Windermere with friendly staff, great food and luxurious surroundings. Try a Suite if your budget will stretch and enjoy a high-end finish with large bed, open-fire and hot tub.
