Beautiful fancy apartment in the heart of the city!

Absolutely amazing place with fancy design! We booked an apartment for four persons, and we got a specious apartment with two bedrooms and three showers! The beds are very comfortable! Right in the very center - many interesting places are just around the corner! Many bars and restaurants around! Beautiful hotel restaurant! Do not hesitate to book if it us available!

Highly recommend, beautiful, cozy, comfortable, perfect location, wonderful service

We got an apartment in the building that is opposite the main entrance of the hotel, although really, really close, but you still have to leave the hotel and the lobby, a little less convenient.

Lockshain is perfect, very central, close to everything and very comfortable. Beautiful apartments, very spacious, at the reception they helped us a lot with recommendations for restaurants and everything we wanted. A cute breakfast. Really recommend

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was amazing - right in the old town and a short walk from 2 train lines. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was free water and snacks in the reception area

This was a FUN stay! Loved to the rooftop and the sweet people.

Ravia and Dede were awesome! They were the front desk attendants. The rooftop bar was SUPER FUN! Our experiences on the rooftop are what we most loved about this hotel! The bartenders were exceptional! They are true mixologists as the drinks were phenomenal! We a lot of great people on the rooftop!

The carpet in the common areas had a musty order which was pretty strong. The bathroom had a pedestal sink so we had to put our make-up and personal items on the floor while in the bathroom. The bathroom was also dimly lit, so more lighting would have been nice.

Disappointing

The rooms are nice and clean with good facilities. Very central location, close to Rossio.

Pot luck whether you get a double bed or a twin when you arrive. A man with an electric guitar singing outside late at night - the staff refused to call the police as they wouldn't do anything about it. Staff were rude at times. One receptionist preferred to talk to her boyfriend rather than serve customers.

Great stay! Excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful. Will return to stay here again.

Super friendly, helpful and kind staff! This was a milestone birthday celebration for me and my twin. The staff noted this and they had a birthday note, balloons decorating the walls, a bottle of sparkling wine and cakes from a bakery awaiting us in the apartment when we checked in!! Incredibly thoughtful & kind!! The location was fantastic--right in the heart of the old town, easy walking to great cafes, restaurants and sites. Oh, and there is a super-cool bar at the top of the hotel/apartment building. Very fun and cool vibe inside & out (w/ great city views). Our waiter was fantastic--friendly and fun, while also professional. Unique and tasty cocktails as well. BTW, I work in the travel industry and stay at many many hotels around the globe. This is a really super place all around! Will be back to stay here again!!!
