    The reviewer had a positive experience at the Lisbon Sao Bento Hotel, staying there on two occasions. They appreciated being able to check in early on their second stay. The room was described as spa (Read More)cious and the bed comfortable. However, they did not like the bathroom window wall and encountered a broken shower during their second stay. The breakfast was deemed good but with room for improvement in terms of variety. The hotel's location near a metro station was praised, as was the affordable price of the room.

    Good hotel for a couple of nights in Lisbon
    Good location near metro and easy walk downhill. Good size clean room with comfortable bed and coffee machine.
    Breakfast was a bit overrun both times we went down - staff were busy but struggled to clear tables in a fairly small size breakfast space and we had to wait a while for glasses and food refills to come out. Quite noisy bathroom system at night too

    Comfy business hotel in good location with great access (metro, bus, tram) to differnt points in Lisbon. The breakfast was very good and the staff pleasant and helpful.

    Totally disappointing.
    Location
    Room was completely disappointing: headboard of the bed damaged, lamps and walls dirty, soap bottle broken, etc. Other room was offered, which was even worse, smaller and with views to the A.C. machines.

    Overall a really pleasant stay.
    Location and staff were excellent. Very adequate breakfast.
    We had some trouble with the heat/ air conditioning. It took a while to get resolved but in the end it was.
