    Location is great, near to everything. The room was clean and had all the basics.
    Stairs to go up the room with luggage were a bit of a challenge. The TV did not work.

    Manageable for the price, but wouldnt book again
    Location . Fridge. Tap water is good. Bed decently comfortable.
    There were never staff present so I couldnt store my luggage ahead of checkin and they never returned my message. Lisbon isnt the place to walk around with a carryon bc theres a million steep stairs everywhere. The room is up many flights of stairs (in addition to the million you go up arriving if you take the metro from the airport). The stairs are covered in cheap and very dirty carpet and cheap air freshening powder which aggravates my allergies and rarely lit up, so had to go up and down with my phone flashlight. The initial entry door is almost always left open. There is construction from sun-up to sundown in the rooms next to and below the room (jackhammers, drills, etc). I booked the room bc of the balcony to smoke and you get instructions after you book that you cant even smoke on the balcony without penalty. The bathroom is extreme dimly lit, so hard to put on makeup. The tv is super tiny and difficult to hear bc its of low qualityeven when turned up loudly.

    Great hotel in the heart of Lisbon.
    Clean room. Kitchen with basic amenities. Located at the heart of Lisbon, but the hotel was very quiet. No breakfast, but a lot of bakeries and cafes around.
    There's no elevator in the building, so you need to climb at least three floors. I don't recommend the hotel to someone who needs accessible entrance.
