The beds are really hard and uncomfortable. The room had a terrible smell, it was beyond bearable , it smelt like nail polish remover, we had to put the air conditioner on just to get some sleep. The bathroom smelt like garlic from the fumes of the restaurant downstairs.

Our room was beautiful and incredible value for money. Wed definitely stay again!
We only stayed for one night but it was incredible value for money compared to any hotel. We stayed in the deluxe suite - lovely room with high ceilings, big windows and lots of space. Staff were lovely too. Easy to find. Shower was clean enough and the rest of the room and bathroom was very clean. Super cozy room, really felt safe.
Could hear everything happening in the hallway at night but for the price I really cant complain.
Would have liked some milk pods available by the teas and coffee in the room!

Good value for money if you are not sensitive to the cold.
The kitchen was spotless and the beds were comfortable .
There was no heating, only an inverter air conditioning & last night the fuse box switched off at 3.00 am & the bedroom was freezing cold.
There was nobody in the house & there werent any extra duvets. I slept with my coat and scarf.
When I was having a shower a plastic protector fell on my head.
The beds were very narrow (80 cm)

The apartment, 3 units I believe, is located on the 3rd floor of a 5 storey building. There is a small 4 person elevator. There is a kitchen area with use of utensils, and a fridge, along with a coffee dispensing machine and drinks machine which you pay for. Each room has it's own separate bathroom.
Some noise, minor, was transmitted between rooms.

I liked, maybe would stay again, if in Lisbon.
Staff was friendly and ready to help (rent a car, get an extra towel). after I understood door lock mechanism, it worked well :). Hotel was not far from old city part.

Super nice and attentive staff. Place was clean and very cozy. The private bathroom is always a win. The Lisbon themed decor on the door and the wall was super.
Love it.
Will definitely pick it again when I need to go back to Lisbon.

The location, big comfortable rooms. Shared kitchen, living and dining area but that was not so bad. Everything was clean.
