    The Little Rock Marriott has a great location and friendly staff. The hotel is in an area with lots of entertainment options and creative updates. The conference center layout is a bit confusing but (Read More)the rooms are spacious and nice. The hotel is very walkable with plenty of nearby food options. The service and amenities exceeded expectations for one reviewer, while another mentioned the need for more light in the room. Overall, guests enjoyed their stay and would visit again.

    Overrated Marriott with lousy staff, smelly lobbies and rooms and no guest parking.
    Just the location and the outside looks of the hotel
    Overrated Marriott with lousy staff, smelly lobbies and rooms. The front parking portico was being repaired and the Valet Parking, which costs $30 extra per day plus tips, was backed up and a mess. No guest parking at all and we were told that if we wanted to self-park, we had to go to the Double-Tree hotel two blocks down and bring our own luggage back and forth. Could have stayed at a lower grade hotel and save hundreds of $$

    The Front Desk personal were the best I've ever experienced. Helpful, friendly , patient and professional. Wish I could remember their names. They did their job with a genuine warmth. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee was good. I would stay again. Be aware of valet parking. They were also friendly and professional.
    The hamburger. Sounded good but was a little disappointing.

    If I receive some follow up from the survey I will feel recognized ..if not ..waste of time
    The hotel was selected by Emily Gabriele for her wedding. It was centrally located for all events.
    I did not like the staff becz they were not able or willing to help with my questions. It seems like I was deferred over and over again. At checkin i was asked if I requested a handicap room. I did not. Matthew then changed my room to standard and said "I wll see what I can do about the rate". no follow up, no notes etc. At checkout no one knew anyathing again and said they could not help me On Friday night was I to catch bus to one of wedding events. No one at the front desk or valet knwe anything about it.Not helpful nor did they offer to assist. I took an Uber. Not there fault but also not helpful.
