    Staff where excellent, customer service 10+ Food (but a little too well done/over cooked)but in all ok.
    Room was too warm. Shower kept flooding and door didn't close properly. Bathroom door had soap splashes all over the inside. Bathroom door stuck when opening and closing. Bright lights continually on all night in hallway shining under the door, had to put towell in front to block it out. Fluctuating bar prices for same drinks.

    My friend and I booked it for the New Year and we werent disappointed, very welcoming friendly staff, nothing too much
    Looked nice from outside , nice warm environment when you walked in

    A lovely Christmas stay.
    The rooms myself and friend had, the food and staff, was excellent, also free parking outside the hotel.
    There were lots of dogs in the hotel. A few of the owners were inconsiderate and allowed the dogs on the seats in the lounge. I am a dog lover but found that unacceptable. I didnt report this to the staff as I understand they are in a difficult position. This wouldnt deter me from staying again as everything else was good or excellent.

    Very good stay, super staff and food!
    Excellent staff, super food and very good location
    We came to the bay as we needed somewhere over Christmas that allowed dogs. However there were an awful lot of dogs and I suspect this would have put off people who had booked without dogs!
