    Friendly comfortable hotel in an ideal location
    Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was perfect -a very short walk to the pier and plenty of local restaurants, shops and cafes. The room was clean and comfortable and I slept very well in the king sized bed. Didn't have their break fast so can't comment.
    For me nothing. It was just what I wanted.

    Lovely looking hotel but not comfortable
    Lovely decor, staff and little extras
    Very hot room on the top floor next to noisy lift. The matress protector was very lumpy and uncomfortable. The lift was very tempermental and small which the dog did not like so i had to go down 6 flights of stairs with my elderley dog every time she needed to go out. Very noisy and hot room, we did not sleep all night.

    Thoroughly enjoyable. Have stayed there before this visit and would certainly consider staying again
    All aspects of our stay were exceptional - breakfast, room, location exceptionally friendly and helpful staff - Chris (Manager) and Jenny in particular.
    If the window could have stayed open for some fresh air in the mornings but nothing too major - put a sock in the gap to stop it closing.

    I love our stay but I didn't book breakfast witch thought was in the price but loved it
    I loved the stay but the spring on end of mattress tuck in me it the side of door at top when you site down room was cold at night heat wouldn't stay on and bed was very small but did love the room
    Change matress and bit bigger bed and heating to stay on at night

    Floorboards on room above very creaky ,occupants of room above up and down for long periods all night,we had no sleep Mould in shower ,quilt so thin considering it was winter,room small ,tired ,not the best
