    Lovely comfotable modern hotel with fabulous views
    The location comfort and views from the room and restaurant. Helpful friendly staff and good quality food.
    Leisure facilities were closed which we were informed of before arrival but not before booking WiFi quality in the room was poor

    Lack off information no spar no swimming pool du to re refurbish work my little boy has autism he waz so upset not happy at all ( as we have been going there for years not going to go there again bad management might consider putting it on facebook not good

    The room was lovely, very spacious, The bed was very comfortable , the tbath and shower were great The breakfast was very good along with the service provided by the staff. The reception and bar staff were friendly and helpful. Christmas and decorations were amazing. Fantastic location with a view looking over the lake and into Conwy with the Castle very prominent.

    Excellent we will be back
    Loved everything staff were lovely one or two at breakfast came across a bit off when we moved tables but then we should have asked
    If Im to be picky the grout in the tiles ovet the bath could have a a bleach spray it would bring the grout up like new. It was stained from shampoo I use flash spray in my own shower it works wonders. But this hotel is most definitely clean will be back.

    Setting was lovely even if it was raining! Nice decor and ambiance and staff were lovely. Bedroom was a good size and very comfy bed.

    AMAZING North Wales Retreat!
    Great Location and fantastic room with amazing views! Brilliant staff and Ebb and Flow a great restaurant! A walk away from the harbour and the Castle is for sure worth a visit! All in All will return! Thank YOU!
