    Not one I will be returning to.
    It is close to public transport
    I was travelling alone and did not feel particularly welcome at the hotel. The staff do no more than pass the obligatory good morning as you leave. There is no recognition of guest's or asking how their day went. Housekeeping did not come into my room for 3 days in a row, as I had the do not disturb sign on my door. However, it was removed by 9am daily, but this apparently means they will not return. The windows are locked due to the floor height, but my window had an inch gap, meaning the room was noisy from the street noise. I had breakfast in their restaurant on my last day and ordered a Berry parfait. After 45 mins I was given a bowl of chia seeds and berry's. I cannot understand why it took that long and was incorrect. The hotel seems to focus on its sports side, which is well catered for with a pool, gym and classes etc. The main doors are locked at 9pm due to the homeless in the area. I was attending gigs in the area, so returning after 11pm and there was a delay every time and multiple questions before being given access. Whilst I understand the checks, there needs to be a more streamlined process for access. On a positive note, the view from the roof top is fab and the hotel is close to multiple transport options. The room has a fridge and tea/ coffee makings.

    Good, but not consistent with last trip.
    Location was great. Beautiful and unique. Staff was excellent. Overall clean.
    The first time I stayed in 2022, parking was less confusing, we pulled in and it was valet . This time we pulled in and it wasnt clear what we supposed to do, ended up being directed to self park, which was fine, but was confused because it wasnt last time. Also last time breakfast was included and this time we had to pay, for the price of the room, it seemed that it should have been included. Also they didnt clean out the coffee maker in our room from the last guest.

    When I arrived, they couldnt find my booking, after in my room already was someone else. Another room was a bit dirty , so after so much moves I finally get a good room. They try to charge me twice as well

    The delightful pizza at the Duke's pub, where I enjoyed an excellent pizza and found the pizzaiolo and waitress to be delightful.
    I encountered some inconvenience and misunderstanding regarding my reservation, which was initially mishandled by the staff. Fortunately, the Hotel Manager personally intervened to rectify the situation and resolve the issues.

    Was nice but might pick somewhere else next visit.
    Staff was very friendly, room was clean. The bartender at dukes was 10/10 service and the pizza was very good as well. Location was perfect for our needs and our room had a nice city view. Absolutely loved the rooftop access and view at night was amazing!
    Room was a lot smaller than we thought. We had trouble checking in and were charged multiple times on two different cards. No microwave in room or room service. There is no water available for purchase or a store to purchase any snacks or beverages. For the price I suppose we thought there would be more amenities besides the fitness actives such as an option to buy things for room such as wine etc. But if fitness options are your main concern it would be fantastic accommodations. Our room keys stopped working day 2 randomly.

    Hotel was classy, elegant, clean, and interesting. Staff were friendly.
    We really wouldve liked a fridge in the room. We spent the weekend trying all the food we could, but had to make a makeshift fridge out of our trash can.
