The view wasn't great as we overlooked the back of some buildings.
Small thing, but I didn't like the fact that a tip was automatically added to my drinks bill. These things should be discretionary and the amount paid determined by the level of customer service that is received.

Gorgeous hotel in top location
Beautiful hotel in top location. I was upgraded to a larger room and it was absolutely amazing.
Breakfast is a bit disappointing.

Breakfast was very good. Location fantastic. Hotel decor and cleanliness was superb. Staff were the most polite and professional that Ive come across.
Pillows were too soft for my liking.

Will definitely come again.
The staff were absolutely fantastic, extremely helpful and we would go back for that alone. The Room was perfect, and had everything we needed and more. And the food in the restaurant was delicious

Was very happy.
It was beautiful and most of all the staff was very helpful, warm and welcoming!
If there was any room for improvement, it would be the breakfast Sunday morning we waited for quite some time before coffee arrived.
