Yousif and Zainab were exceptionally polite and friendly. They were willing to go the extra mile and we had a minor incident and the night staff (dont recall his name) was also attentive and responsive in assisting us. We were able to check out late for 50 percent of the room rate which was very much appreciated. Excellent location near Green park and lots of both casual and fine dining. Also 20 mins walk to high street and high end shops. We had the 2 bedroom and it was very spacious and I would definitely stay there again.

Good location near Green park and Buckingham palace.... but thin on kitchen supplies - there was no salt even - meant we had to buy salt to cook some food .. they couldnt supply salt ! No washing machine soap either - only machine ! Usually apts have basic supplies that make cooking simple food easy.. this was lacking.. but staff were pleasant.. it was Ok overall...
