The hotel was located in a cosy and quiet area along the Singapore River. It is walking distance to several restaurants/ bars/ cafes/ convenience stores and a few bus stops away from malls.
The staff were really friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out went smoothly. We stayed in the loft room, which is a bit more spacious than their other room I stayed in during my previous visit. The room and toilet were quite clean and the bed was very comfortable.
There were some water stains around the sink and a bit of dust on the sofa on the 2nd floor. We had problems connecting our phones to the TV so we couldn't use it to watch our shows. Some floorboards on the 2nd floor are a bit uneven and feels unstable when stepped on, might be a safety issue if maintenance is not done soon.

The room was cosy. Bed was very nice and comfortable.
The stairs creaked when walking up and down. One of the steps didn't feel too secure. The check in process took a while as well, mostly because of the long queue.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable too.
The checkin process is quite long. I did an online checkin thinking it would be faster but it was still slow. Also the checkin staff is quite rude as he just shot down my question regarding checkout time. There is also no thank you or please being said once by the staff.
