    Service at breakfast was poor. I felt I must have been wearing an invisibility cloak. Others who came in after me were served and no-one came near me. I had to ask twice for service.

    Room was very nice plenty space, the bottled water was a great bonus. Bathroom was spacious separate bath, shower cubicle was a decent size. I liked the idea of the phone charging points being on the bedside units.

    Great room, great location, lovely staff
    Room was really comfortable, could not fault it in the slightest. Location was close enough to the city, but out of the way to not be bothered by noise and traffic. Staff were lovely, bar supervisor was great and knew a fair amount about whisky which was a great help. Meals in the restaurant were good, choice was limited enough to not be overwhelmed.
    Didn't appreciate the breakfast. Pastries, some cereals and fruit juice were gone by 8.30am and not refilled. Paying a surplus for certain breakfast items was not great.

    Nicer hotels in better Inverness locations for a better price. Just need to book earlier.
    The hotel is very dated and I dont think it represented good value for money for what it was. Hence why there was plenty availability at short notice I guess!

    Good for a wedding, poor for a single night if travelling alone
    Nice big bedroom, good bath and shower. Plenty of parking. Probably a great wedding venue.
    No bar, only table service in a very old fashioned day lounge with no atmosphere and piped piano music. Also, they stop serving food in the lounge at 5pm leaving the only option a quiet, over priced formal restaurant. To top it all, the wi-if in the lounge didnt work and took 30 mins to get reset to them only offer a very poor / slow signal.
