We just keep coming back for more!

We've stayed at all 3 of the Korawan villas at Majestic during our several trips here and we love them all. Super comfy beds that are far removed from the Thai brick matrasses that you usually get in other places, hot showers with good water pressure, a nice warm pool, modern renovation in kitchen and bathrooms and excellent aircon that have no issues cooling the place, coupled to an excellent location makes this a difficult property to beat for the price. The caretakers of the property are all lovely people who are willing to help and they make sure the property is spotless at every turn. Towels are always nice, clean and soft. We'll definitely be back once again for our next stay in Pattaya!

Even though this villa was tastefully renovated, it is starting to show some signs of wear and tear outside. The pool is starting to miss more and more tiles as are the outdoor walls which are clad in decorative stone. Nothing that should put you off from booking the villa, but it would be great if they could fix these little cosmetic defects. Depending on which villa you book, you might also get some noise from the AC compressor units of the villa next door if they haven't been maintained properly. Even though the Korawan villas have been renovated and are the best you can find at Majestic, there are other, more modern options that can be found outside Majestic. Even then, there are tradeoffs to be made though and we are hard pressed to find better options out there that do the basics (waterpressure and heat, kitchen, bathroom, cooling, comfy beds) better than Korawan!

A wonderful safe gated community villa. Perfect facilities, we spent a lot of time camped on the outdoor sofa. An easy walk to the beach front resorts for a meal, and a 7-eleven was around the corner. Hint, the villa doors are sliding one, not push/pull!
