    Majestic Heaven
    Really loved this place. Perfect sized villa for a family or even 2 couples. Comes kitted out with everything you need for a really comfortable place to just chill. Pool was nicely sized to relax or play with the kids complete with large inflatables to boot. Nice outdoor area with large Bluetooth speaker and outdoor sofa's. Villa was spacious, clean and had cleaners come every other day. And to top everything off at the end of the complex is the beautiful private beach for Majestic residence and 1 or 2 beach resorts so has bars and restaurants. All in all a lovely little slice of heaven and well located amongst loads of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

    Only slight issue is the aircon is not very strong in the larger bedroom and living room. Might be a bigger issue for those more sensitive to the heat of Thailand!

    Quite Pleasant villa
    excellent location and safe gated community villas with direct access to beach
    Ive stayed with Majestic on few occasions with different owners/operators. This villa a few basic things are lacking like drinking water tower & hand soap in the bathrooms for example. AC in living room doesnt really work. Also, the fact that the check in is done with the maid who doesnt speak much English can be a bit challenging. For the Deposit they should be at least a receipt. Im very used to Thailand and staying in such places so not a big deal but I believe some people would. if above points can be rectified I think it would make for a more enjoyable experience.

    Helper nice. Near town centre with great privacy.
    Air-conditioner in the living room not cold enough. The cooktop not work. Refrigerator smell not good. Should check-up and clean before check-in.

    The property was to far from the market and restaurants, A little more about service, Were arrived at 2:45 pm to check in but I couldnt find a key, I tried to contact the hosts-a few times. It was very difficult to contact staff and that time was very heavy rain I, and my family stayed in a car for 30 minutes to waiting for staff to leave us in a house .It was very disappointing

    The location is good. Comfy stay
    communication with staff is not the best. I booked 31st Dec-2nd Jan and they confirmation is 1st-2 Jan make us worried because we came from overseas so tried to called them many times no answered. The washing machine was broken.

    location. quiet and perfect for relaxing. A wonderful swimming pool. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff is super helpful and friendly
    All the kitchen cabinets were sticky and oily, havent been cleaned in years. Everything was oily and I wasnt keen on touching it. Doors to rooms also havent been cleaned and the bathroom had mold
