High quality hotel. Very clean rooms. Extremely comfortable beds. Staff friendly and stored our luggage in a room for us so we could explore Dublin before check in.

Very unprofessional. Offered me to book without booking. Asked for a prepayment even though it was not part of the contract. I had to pay 3 times because they were not able to charge me the right amount.

Good location, good room equipment, friendly staff. The breakfast was very varied and tasty.
The accommodation was pleasant and the location was good, as were the room facilities. The advantage is the presence of a restaurant and bar right in the hotel.
I did not understand the system of booking breakfast for a certain time the day before. The first day I reserved breakfast according to the instructions and the next days I didn't bother, which made no difference at all.
