Our room had issues regulating its temperature. It got very stuffy at times, and when we would turn the ac on, it took a while to cool down. The first night I was there, there was an issue with the hot water. There was no cold water, so it went from hot water to extremely HOT water. We called down to the main desk, and shortly after, someone was at our door. The technician told us to run the sink water on cold for about 20 minutes AND THAT should help with regulating the hot water temperature in the shower...
That did work, for that night. The following evening not at all. We found out that if you flushed the toilet the shower would cool just enough just to wash and rinse off in. Very inconvenient. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. Especially too because your driving up to the hotel and thinking "this is so fancy" you'd never guess that this would be an issue. So after a sauna of a shower the windows in the room were fogged up and the room became extremely hot a stuffy again. Trying to sleep was an issue. The beds say queen, they were more like a double. The bedding was weird, they weren't microfiber, I can't even explain what the texture of them were. Just not what you'd expected from such a beautiful outside appearance. On top of that you could hear what sounded like water pressure, a high pitched noise pretty much off and on the whole night. And again the following evening. I do want to mention that I was contacted by the hotel via text, apologizing for the issue. It was nice that they acknowledged it, but still remains, nothing was done about it.
