Location, staff is very friendly, Bed is very comfortable. Like the views. The offering of bottled water. Toiletries are nice. Decent quality.
Our floor smelled like sewage the whole time. The concert at Petco was very loud. Our shower handle wasnt working. While on it would go from hot to warm without being touched. It would happen about 5 times during the shower. Very upsetting. Then the handle wouldnt turn the water off all the way. Nearly had to torque it to turn it off. Our room felt damp.
No gym was available. But still had the same pricing when we checked out. A small value should have been accommodated for lacking this amenity.
