    Bed was comfortable and the place was pretty clean. Good location for public transport. And waterfront.
    Bare bones staffing and they were not very helpful or engaging. I would say the attitude was what you would call apathetic. Did not interact with housekeeping staff because there was none. They did not clean rooms or bring towels even for a 4 day stay.

    Great place to know San Diego
    Great place and location for the price, very close to the bay area. The free coffee and hot drinks in the morning was really good.
    Not many places to do stuff around the hotel but very close to other attractions.

    Great place to stay in Downtown
    The room was decorated well and very comfortable. The bed was nice and soft. The bathroom was decently sized. The location is withing walking distance to tons of activities in Downtown San Diego. The hotel itself is tucked away just off Broadway, the lifeline to San Diego.
    Because of its central location to a lot of bars, clubs, and restaurants, there were plenty of people stumbling in drunk between 2-4am on both days of the weekend. There was a fair amount of noise from downtown, though this is to be expected.
