My room was not cleaned thoroughly. Their was tons of hair all of the place. Used cups in front of my door still when I got there.

Nice hotel with attentive staff.

Good distance from destination and the marina walkway was very nice for a morning stroll.

Not the safest part of town. The bathroom shower didnt drain well.

Overall comfortable and good services. Kind and helpful staff, and plenty of ways to relax!

The scenery was gorgeous, there was plenty of entertainments in the building. Good restaurants and parks in walking distance, and there were extra appliances like microwaves, safes, ice machines, and a mini fridge.

Room is clearn and quite.

Front desk told us have been payed parking fee $42 per night. 2 day parking fee for $84. We in and out from parking area, charged $45 per day. They told is city charged ,but I dont see city logo on parking area. Booking .com AD is not metion about parking fee issue. I felt so bad about my trip ,we were not happy.

Check in was with my phone. Room view was perfect. Bathroom was good. All amenities were good. On site restaurant was excellent.

Parking didn't use app. Elevator took time for app to sync. Room temp was hard to figure out with room thermostat.

Not bad but wouldnt go back. Too pricey for what it is.

Hard to get downstairs and outside with an older dog. Would choose a hotel with direct yard access next time. Everything at the hotel costs an arm and a leg. The restaurant Hudson and Nash we went four times and it was not good at any point. Service was mediocre and food was awful. But it was convenient because loading 4 kids up in the car every meal was not an option.

Stayed at the same hotel over a dozen times. Never seen it so bad. Maybe new cheap management.

Price was good but only because they were at 10% to 20% capacity. On the bay too.

They put us up in the worst rooms. Requested a room change but they still gave us the worst rooms. I think its because I booked on Priceline. However we had a group of (10) rooms. Those who checked in on line got good rooms. The system does not discriminate because you booked on Priceline. If you checked in at the front fest you got a bad room, though the hotel was at the most, 20% full. They intentionally turned the jets off in both jacuzzis and there was gunk (maybe dead skin) floating on the surface. No jets = no filtration. .
