    Excellent pool, great room & eco-friendly toiletries were a nice touch.
    Smart TVs werent functioning, should upgrade considering its a 5 star hotel.

    Lovely introduction to Copenhagen and a great way to get over our jet lag.
    The food was exceptional! Breakfasts and dinners! The room was lovely and we loved the fun freebies in the bathroom. Oh and we are still using the water bottles. The pool was interesting!!
    The only downside was the fire alarm going off just as we packing to leave BUT one of the hotel staffers (sorry I don't know his name) helped me carry my suitcase down from the 4th floor so that was lovely.

    Serene Getaway with Minor Quirks: Manon Les Suites hotel near Tivoli Park and Central Copenhagen
    The hotel has a truly beautiful heated pool, surrounded by a serene environment that provides a welcome escape from the bustling city. The relaxing ambiance throughout the hotel, coupled with a very comfortable bedroom, made for a generally pleasant stay. The proximity to Tivoli Park and central Copenhagen added to the convenience, making exploration of the city a breeze. Another very positive fact was the entire hotel staff, was very friendly and always available to help.
    However, a couple of small issues dampened the overall experience. The lack of heating in the bathroom was a noticeable inconvenience, especially in December. It detracted from the otherwise comfortable stay and made the morning routine less enjoyable. Furthermore, the shower curtain proved ineffective, leading to a minor flood in the bathroom after each use. This inconvenience was unexpected and somewhat frustrating. Another point of contention was the pricing at the hotel bar. Being charged 40 for two Mojitos felt excessive and left a sour taste. While I appreciate the convenience of enjoying a drink on-site, such pricing seemed out of sync with the overall value offered by the hotel. In conclusion, the hotel has the potential to be an outstanding choice for visitors to Copenhagen. The beautiful pool, relaxing environment, and comfortable bedrooms are definite highlights. However, the issues with the bathroom amenities and the high bar prices could need some attention to ensure a consistently positive experience for all guests.

    Amazing stay in every aspect but one aspect of it was outdated
    Everything was really nice and comfortable. We had a room located behind the pool bar so we had a great location within the hotel to be able to walk outside our door and jump straight into the pool. The hotel bar was cheaper than most other hotels and the candy was absolutely delicious! The beds were great and bedding was really soft. The shower was really spacious and good. We had an overall great stay!
    The fact that the hotel delivers on everything, the TVs in the bedrooms are not really up to date, as you can't watch anything other than TV channels. No possibility to cast anything on to them and the hotel couldn't even provide us with an HDMI cable (I brought my android box with me which has an inbuilt Chromecast) other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

    Generally, it was really good and will come back between 22 and 25 February so please enrich your menu for night time ro
    Staff is super nice and rooms are clean. In addition to that, I really like organic products offered in the room.
    Room service is limited after 11 pm. I ordered a food to my room but options were very limited (only 4 options) were available which is not enough for the 5 star hotel. I recommend to have more options for night room service.

    First time visiting Copenhagen and will definitely be back. The hotel was a great place to relax and reset.
    The pool was the star of the show. The room is incredibly luxurious. I am very eco conscious so I love that the hotel is also eco friendly. Also loved that you could avail of bikes at the property which was great for getting around.
    Some of the staff were a little unfriendly which was a bit of a let down given it is a 5star hotel

    The pool is fantastic. Gym looked fantastic though we didn't use it. Location fantastic, room great. Pool very tranquil and warm. Lovely decor In the rooms, Bluetooth speaker, dressing gowns and lovely smellies.
    We were charged 1.5x the standard rate for a small suite - I have no idea why and will be taking it up with Booking and the hotel. I didn't realise I'd paid over the odds until it was too late.. Cocktails at jungle bar are quite poor, as is the selection, which is odd as this is the main feature of the hotel. Staff were nowhere close to being 5* hospitality staff - they seemed quite bored and not so welcoming or very happy to help and not so responsive to questions. It's a hotel where you are mostly left alone to your own devices. Pool bar upsold me a large beer, then served me 2 beers, telling me there were no large glasses left - the barman didn't understand why this was bizarre and just tried to explain the maths to me! Odd. We were on 5th floor and had a lot of music noise presumably from the bar / restaurant above until 1am. Ok for us as we were generally out / asleep after this, but this would be a big issue for others. Mini bar is insanely expensive - almost 6 for a bag of crisps?!
