The Mantra Midtown received high praise for its helpful and patient reception staff, especially Benji who went above and beyond to save the day by removing a grasshopper from a guest's apartment. The (Read More) manager Zack was also commended for providing superb service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. While the lack of breakfast or coffee service was a downside, nearby options were available during the day.
