Recommended for location and service

The go and grab breakfast was a lovely surprise. The bed was comfy and the view was better than expected - the view overlooking a magnificent bunya pine.

The noise from the shopping center kept going after shopping hours as delivery trucks and shopping trolleys gathering were sorted. Very noisy but with the doors closed not to bad.

Disappointing

requested early check in twice and there was a clear miscommunication when I came to check in as the lady knew nothing about it. my request where I had asked for 2 king beds was also not passed on

Overall was a wonderful couple of days just a little disappointed

The location was awesome and the staff were wonderful

I didnt have any body wash or soap on arrival had to wait till the cleaners came to ask for some. The vent in the bathroom didnt work so there was a smell in the bathroom and when entering the apartment the smell hit you as the bathroom is next to entry. The curtain didnt cover the window on the left very well so the blackout curtains didnt work and the sun came in.

Easy to get too and close to Chermside shopping center. Room was clean and tidy

Bit disappointed in the air conditioning. It was working but it didnt get cold as it should. Also the size of the apartment. On the smaller side.
