    the room was fine. nothing really spectacular. the cups were dirty and chipped.
    I was not refunded the $100 dollar "hold" on my debit card as promised. I was deliberately lied to by your employee. I paid a very HIGH price and yet was charged another $100 for absolutely nothing. I WANT MY $100 BACK.

    That parking instructions not clear . If not using valet service where to unload and load. Used self parking for $10 and still had to walk long distance to get to room

    I will stay at this property again for trips especially if I can find more great deals on booking.com
    The location is amazing. Walking distance to everything at The Island.
    The only real issue I had was the valet. They were so busy at check in that the valet did not register my car in the computer so when I was ready to check out they could not find it in the computer to bring it out for me.
