    Courtesy staff and requires additional odor control.
    Outstanding staff, location, and cleaness
    Stayed for three nights in two rooms and the rooms started stinking badly on the second day. We didn't request to change the rooms. Overall satisfied.

    Personally I did not see you make difference from other star hotels Despite cockroach in the room whos is disappointed me a lot
    When I came for breakfast, they treated me I am out side for 5min They Speek on my face that many people come like that

    Excellent stay in the heart of the city, highly recommend
    The location of the hotel was excellent. The staff was very courteous, polite and friendly. The food was very delicious and the breakfast spread was awesome. All in all I am very happy with the service of this hotel and I would definitely come back to stay here next time.

    Location was central. The rooms were good size and well equipped.
    The check-in and check-out were unprofessional. Check In was handled by untrained trainees. The breakfast cafe staff were not attentive and the Puri made by the live station were hard and not edible. the toiletries in room were not good quality.
