    Good hotel. Useless employees charged twice no money back
    Hotel was great very clean and close to everything
    The gentleman at the desk wasnt the nicest hardly wanted to help or just clueless. The manager was never around. I got charged twice still havent received my money back

    Below average tv is basic and no one came to fix it so if your not important enough then they wont help you
    I liked the location
    I didnt like being told I would get my tv fixed and didnt we spent a lot of money just to not have a tv.

    It was nice and comfortable
    nice pool area and exercise facilities, staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.
    website claimed free WIFI, So did priceline. Hotel said it would be $12.99 per day. After showing them the website they gave the free WIFI so my grandson could play his game. For a ton that cost $275 a night at the bar minimum I would like to see at least a few continental breakfast

    Beautiful, comfy beds, ridiculous rates.
    Beautiful hotel, however, not worth just under $400 for one night. Booked only because it was the only hotel with availability for the night I stayed and within walking distance of the Red Hat Amphitheater, otherwise no way I would have ever paid that insane price. Room was nice, but nowhere near that nice. Basic two queen bed room with a bathroom, not a suite, beds were comfy but even so, rate was ridiculous.
    The rate for one night, completely ridiculous. Unfortunately the only hotel with availability on the night of my stay and within walking distance of the Red Hat Amphitheater. Otherwise definitely would not have booked at that rate.

    Like the convenience of downtown also valet parking was a plus.

    Second time staying for a concert at red hat. The location is perfect. Even with an event going on, they were very accommodating.
