    The netting over the building was an excellent idea to stop birds and insects coming in.
    Well spread out and clean . Staff were polite and good . Food variety was excellent.
    Mattress was really bad having back aches . When checking the room items not put in place like gowns missing . Other items only for one person knowing 2 people staying. Can you imagine I asked to upgrade room due to back aches and hotel wanted 21000 rupees per night as much as I booked the room for 26000 per night . Shower water was not hot enough.

    Beautiful hotel with good staff.
    Everything about the hotel and staff was very good. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. One thing that was annoying was that the TV was not working at all. I am a single person and wanted to chill in the room in the evening but there was no signal, even when someone came to fix it. The Spa and their staff were lovely too. Overall it was a very nice stay.
    Television not working, no signal during the whole stay.

    WOW!
    What I loved most was dat No one says No to anything a guest asks for. Notable employees are ...Shivam, Shiv Bose, Parna, Nidhi, Aparajita, Hitesh, Piyush. A HUGE attraction are yr evening performers and the little tea get- together. All in all fantastic experience!

    The staff are unhelpful, and rude. Mr Sanjay of Rooms Division (Manager) is nasty. Mr Shiv Bose is a good man, though. His team is composed of people who do not know their jobs.

    Good relaxing stay along with family..
    One of the best breakfast spread I have seen and must visit if you are making to Jaiselmer.
    Facilities could have been better. The entire fountain area between the rooms is completely un-used and could have been more useful.

    They recommended trips which were completely not how advertised and overpriced to say the least

    The housekeeping staff namely Ms. Pranali she was very kind and her gesture was always ready to help They are well trained.
    The soft pillows and since its a resort and Spa should have a bath tub in all the rooms.
