    Jay the owner is super friendly, he has a lovely dog. The location is really close to many different beaches including turtle beach and he helped us arrange bikes.

    The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we have had so far in Sri Lanka, and the showers hot water was really hot. Things that have been hit and miss at other places we stayed. The place was clean and the owners were great! We really loved there was a kitchen and used it every day It's located just 5 minutes from Turtle Beach, which is amazing. There are massive turles you can swim with every day. It's our place to stay anytime we are in the area.

    They made me feel like home.
    I wouldnt consider Unawatuna as one of my favorite without my experience in Masith guesthouse. The family is very humble and helpful. I highly recommend Jayamendra as he showed me around Unawatuna and Mirissa with his Tuktuk which was alot of fun. He make sure that I will enjoy my stay in Unawatuna. The family provided all my request and I was sooooo happy coz they have a labrador dog named Sally. The experience is one of a kind! I will be back for sure!

    Location was great, close to the beach. Property was secure and comfortable. Hosts were very welcoming. All facilities that you would need were available. Their pet dog Sally was a bundle of joy, dog lovers treat.
    One down side, as the mosquito net was very close to the fan, it blocked a lot of the air circilulation which did make the room very hot. Keep the windows open or get a room with ac and you'll be fine.
