Very pleasant one night stay and we would stay there again if we are coming to Benidorm.
It all went well. The rooom was clean and comfortable. Loved the Spanish blankets. Food was very good.

Food was very good and a good choice available
Room was very clean apart from spare bed frame which was dusty.
Did not watch entertainment but was advised it was very good.
Would have liked to use the pool if it was heated!
Toilet door handles by the restaurant were very loose. Also rusty waste bins in same area.
No complementary water at meal times or in rooms
Light switch to lamp in bedroom needs attention.

Breakfast and Dinner were very good, evening entertainment was excellent, very close to the beach and bars.
Booked again for short break next year.
Tea making facilities in room, used when we arrived and asked at reception next morning for two milks and two sachets of sugar to replace.
I was told Id have to upgrade and pay another 30, multi million pound company, come on.
Not replenished all stay. So buy your own in the shop as we had to.

we love the rio have stayed there lots, love it the staff are so good,
The room was OK but balcony was noise, so could not stay out on it for long as the loud noise from the vent pipes was so loud, try and get room at the front next time we stay by

Holiday review of Rio Park stay.
Everyone very friendly and helpful.
Prices of drinks very high. On Previous stays most of the clientele would stay in hotel at night as it was reasonable to drink which made it a much safer holiday for older persons. Example: bottle of wine was 8 euros, now costs 15 euros.. in the outside bars in close proximity it is still 8 euros. Everyone expects a higher charge in hotels but almost 100 percent higher is too much
