    For the price this hotel is fantastic - I'd happily stay here again
    Location of this hotel is ideal, just at the back of the Old Town by the promontory. It's a short walk to the beach and about 15-20 walk mins to the strip. Staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. The bar prices were insanely cheap and the rooftop terrace was a lovely sunny spot to have a couple of drinks. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold food, with the bonus of free cava. The room was basic but not old fashioned, the nautical theme is cute, and the bed was comfortable. It was made every day by the cleaner which was a nice touch.
    The rooms were insanely hot, even with the air conditioning on (not that it made a difference). Luckily opening the window let in a cool breeze, but this was in November so the rooms must be unbearable in summer unless the air con is turned up centrally. My shower gel dispenser was empty the whole time, I can only assume the cleaner wasn't checking it. I did have my own soap with me though and could have spoken to reception if I was that bothered, who I'm sure would have arranged a refill. In my opinion breakfast starts too late - we left on our last day at 7.30 and weren't able to grab anything - perhaps opening breakfast an hour earlier just for cold food or offering a takeaway breakfast pack for people would be something the hotel could consider as a great bonus for guests.

    New Year in Benidorm
    Location was perfect .. I loved the hotel . Breakfast was good . Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. I liked the fact that the rooms were not overheated and that I could open windows
    I realize this is individual preference but I found the pillows very uncomfortable! Unfortunately this resulted in poor sleep.
