    lovely room, breakfast and location. Friendly owners, easy access to local amenities.
    Lovely breakfast. Location perfect to reach local amenities such as trains, buses and boats. Great room, tea and coffee making facilities provided, comfy bed, nice and quiet location, easy parking. Owners were friendly and very informative about local attractions.

    The property was in the perfect location! The staff were very friendly and super helpful, The rooms were spotless. overall it was brilliant stay for our holiday!
    Only thing was the bathroom was a tad small, but it didnt ruin our stay at all!

    Was a lovely stay and the owners were fabulous.
    Parking was next to the property. Bedroom was clean and warm for us when we arrived. The bed was really comfortable, great quality bedding. Breakfast was very nice, well cooked and was served quickly to us after ordering. We were well looked after from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Location was brilliant, just a short walk to the centre of Bowness with shops/bars/restaurants and of course the lake. Couldn't recommend enough!

    A lovely few days in a great location, nice room with a good breakfast definitely recommend
    Close to all shops and restaurants, plenty of parking nearby. Room was good size for two and felt cosy on an evening . The owners Russell and Julie were very welcoming and friendly , breakfast was very good especially the poached eggs
    Mattress not comfortable at all but still slept well
