Breakfast was very good.

The cost of an evening meal was a little high then add in 5 for side order of potatoes and 5 for a side order of broccoli and it gets a bit expensive. I would have hoped for a few potatoes and a bit of veg with a 22 meal. 8 a pint is also a bit steep for a beer in the hotel. I would stay here again but I would eat and drink away from the hotel as I did not feel that this offered any value for money.

Fantastic staff and while not near the beaches, it was nonetheless in a beautiful area of the town.

Bed, swimming pool, bar area and breakfast, great location to sea front, excellent parking.

No receptionist to help, disappointing self service key collection, no keys available, had to search restaurant to find a member of staff , no tea or coffee in room, communal coffee and tea machine, no cups or sugar available, bedroom poorly furnished, miss matched, lack of sockets and no usb type charging point

Best New Years Eve me and my girlfriend have had together. Highly recommend Merchants Manor, we will be back

Easy check in and check out, lovely swimming pool and steam room and very comfortable bed.

Breakfast portion could have been bigger.

Friendly, relaxed atmosphere, service and surroundings. Good gym facility and pool/steam room. Excellent criossants and compote.

Nice hotel would stay again but some small improvements could be made

Very good

Great break location on beaches side of Falmouth.

On site parking, good for large car. Nice spa and gym. Viv loved jacuzzi bath in bathroom. ( large bath with jets) nice atmosphere, well staffed. Food wasnt bad, accommodated my garlic allergy. Nouveau cuisine.

Not cheapest for drinks, 32 for 2 glasses wine. They never answer phone. Prompt response to emails though.
