Incredible value for money and great facilities

Unbelievable value for money. Room waa lively with balcony and so many immemiaties including hairdryer, fridge, TV etc. The cooked breakfast included was very generous.

The toilet had plumbing issues from as soon as I arrived, and then I was asked to pay for the charge of this issue which clearly is something the guest house should be sorting out. I was horrified to receive a message that asked me to pay.

Great location and comfortable.

Period features, spacious, welcome wine and sweets plus bottle of water in the mini fridge. Bed was comfortable. Easy on street parking. Location was perfect for shows at the princess pavilion and only a short walk to the beaches on one side and the town centre on the other. Breakfast is preordered the night before.

Bathroom had no windows so smelt a little musty. The breakfast waitress did not point out the cereal or anything else that may have been available. At breakfast a glass of orange juice had already been poured which was a waste as we did not want any juice. Also yoghurts placed on table, i feel both would be better placed by the cereal to help yourself if you wanted. This meant the table was cramped for room.

Lovely guest house. Staff were very friendly. My room was huge and had lots of little luxuries and even a bottle of wine! I had a sea view and the location is excellent as walking distance to the beach and town. I could even see the castle from my window. Loved it here. The breakfast was amazing too!
