    Beautiful designed hotel, great food and practical location
    The hotel is very modern, very cozy, the design is very pleasant. The room was very clean, the equipment is new and mostly practical. Both breakfast and dinner are very varied, tasty with very good quality ingredients. The staff I interacted with were kind and helpful whenever it was necessary. The location where the hotel is located is quiet but also very easily accessible to the beaches and the city center, about 10 minutes on foot. Cleaning service was very good(daily). The hotel's garden is gorgeous, a real oasis of greenery, the pool looks very nice, but I only admired it as it was winter, so I didn't go in the water.

    The clothes dressing space is not practical, has no door and has no drawers, this could be improoved. The toilet, shower and sink are not located in just one bathroom which is not practical.

    One of the best hotels and staff I have come across in all my travels
    We booked for bed and breakfast but for New Years Eve we were given a Gala dinner comprising of a seven course meal and drinks for the entire time from 8.00pm to 4 am with 2 bands and a disco.the staff at this hotel just go the extra mile so you have the greatest stay,the food is out of this world and I would recommend a stay here.

    Excellent stay would definitely visit again.
    The location is excellent and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The New Years Eve Gala was fabulous and well organised.
    The gym could be better equipped used a local one for 5 as had better facilities.

    Lovely Hotel
    Absolutely loved this hotel. It was in a lovely location, very close to the beach and the Old Town. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in!! I loved that I got beach towels provided. The pool area was absolutely stunning, I wish it was heated as I really would have enjoyed spending time there. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely return and I would recommend to friends. I enjoyed the breakfast selection.
    The only thing I would mark down on is the shower, I struggled to get very hot water from the shower. After help from maintenance I got warm (not hot hot) water eventually. I would have liked gown & slippers, as I would expect that in a 4 star hotel.

    Loved it!
    The location was fantastic, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, buffet breakfast amazing with different hot options every day. We will be returning again in November for our annual friend trip for the festival
    Only downside is that the pool is not heated so, cant be used as the weather is getting colder, the weather was pretty decent when we went, warm enough to sunbathe but not warm enough to heat the pool.

    Another excellent stay.
    Excellent hotel in a great location. Hotel spotless and modern. Breakfast plentiful, fresh and lots of choice. Staff all friendly and helpful. Second stay this year and would highly recommend.
    We had an adapted room, which wasnt fully up to scratch. Room not quite big enough to facilitate wheelchair, bed pushed up very near patio doors and not really able to get wheelchair onto balcony. Room could have been done with being a little bigger. Bathroom was strange, toilet in the wrong place in my opinion and when pulling the handrail down, the wheelchair couldnt access the toilet fully. Tap had a sensor but you had to put your hand right near the sensor for water so couldnt wash properly. Minor tweaks would make the room accessible in a more acceptable way but it did not spoil our holiday and it was manageable.
