    STAFF FANTASTIC! Everything else apart from the foyer need attention.
    The staff are BRILLIANT and a credit. They were all lovely and totally saved the stay!
    We had loads of mould in our room that hadn't been cleaned in months.....this is my issue. Pillows were really lumpy and cheap.

    Relaxing and friendly environment, much more chilled and a lovely atmosphere.
    Lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly and a beautiful foyer/bar with lots of interesting arty bits. Much quieter and relaxed environment.
    Pillows were oddly terrible - everything else in room was fine, just very cheap pillows.

    Brilliant, beautiful hotel, excellent location, and fantastic staff.
    The hotel is gorgeous - the lobby in particular, in a wonderful location, and the staff are fantastic. One staff member, I believe his name was Barry, went above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying ourselves, were comfortable, and had the best time at the Mercure and Brighton. Fantastic service!
    Nothing that I can think of - to be very very picky, could do with more plug sockets in the hotel room, but it was fine.

    The Hotel is old but in a good way, feels like the kind of place you could happily live if you had the money
    The water pressure was a little low in the shower so not quite the power shower you get in some hotels but honestly its not a problem

    The Hotel was beautiful- the Christmas decoration in the foyer were very traditional .The hotel was situated a stones throw from the seafront.The weather was blustery outside but cozy and warm looking out the window of the bar in the hotel. Hotel Staff were very attentive to us -all with lovely smiles even though they were at work during the Christmas time. Thankyou for a lovely stay .
