Was not an awful stay but would have been better if they offered room service

Not to far away of a walk from town and shops , clean

No room service, bed had a lump in which was uncomfortable, no fridge to store drinks, having to go into pub to collect/return keys

Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Plenty tea, coffee, milk and sugar.

Cold room took quite a while to warm up. Noisy neighbours, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Nice place, comfortable. Ipswich is a charming town with a lot going for it, Cineworld just down the street and town centre just around the corner as well as the train station.

When we got there, the staff put us upstairs despite the fact that I told them that my Mother has mobility issues, so we had to wait nearly an hour out in the freezing cold whilst it was raining for the staff to move us downstairs, and then even tho they have a (sort of) reception in the Hotel itself, they tell all their Hotel guests to go to the reception in the Pub, which was over the other end of the car park, so of course that was quite inconvenient.

No parking because the football was on No toilet seat in the bathroom and the room was freezing as the heating wasn't working.

Superb

A wonderful stay!

Very clean and spacious room. I like the fact that the accommodation is separated from the pub restaurant so its clean and quiet while at the same time, we can enjoy the late night drink at the pub. The food served until 9pm and has a verity of vegetarian food to choose from.

A much better than expected stay. Very quiet,comfortable,warm with the restaurant so close.

The room was sound proofed so we enjoyed 7 good nights sleep. Tea and coffee always available. Room was clean an always smelt clean. Very comfortable bed.
