Nice Ambiance at 5810 Floor and Nice Reception Staff
I appreciate the view from our hotel; it's wonderful; and I love the infinity pool. Kudos to Ms.Ismat for helping us, she is accommodating and hardworking. Good Location front of metro only.
Check-in- We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 PM to check in but were disappointed to find out that we had to wait until 4:00 PM instead of 2:00 PM.
Dinner Package- we booked a room from December 31 to January 1 with breakfast and dinner for the countdown because I saw in the cobone that the hotel had a special offer for the new year countdown. However, when the receptionist confirmed with the restaurant, they wanted me to pay an extra 299 aed per person, which was not included in our dinner package. So, disappointedand ruin our plan. Thank you, Ms. Ismat (receptionist), for assisting us in every way possible but still failing, but thank you for providing us with a wonderful view from our room and allowing us to check out late.
Housekeeping- There is a cockroach in the room, and if you call to request something, you must follow up again since it takes how many minutes they will take action.
Foods- I enjoy the ambiance, but the cuisine is mostly Indian, not intercontinental buffetso we were disappointed.

Not worth the money
I would give it 20 out of 10 for location with the metro, the hotel and metro door are 1m from each other. This was the main reason in booking this hotel. Had a premier sky room and the view was really good but unless you are on the Sheikh Zayed rood side, it's just ok. It was hazy but on a good day you can see the Dubai islands and Atlantis. The festive season decorations were nice in the lobby. The bathroom was very spacious, separate shower and toilet doors with a deep soak tub for 2.
The room is in such a need of being updated. Every button and tap fell off in the sink, shower and bath. The bathroom wooden shutters were jammed and needed force to open, the fridge door was falling apart, stains on fabric chairs, scuff marks on the walls. It really wasn't worth the money charged at peak time.

Would recommend staying here for easy access to metro and a comfortable stay.
Excellent location, great breakfast (they even catered gluten-free bread to a celiac), spacious suites and very friendly and attentive staff and personell.
The perfume in the lobby was a bit much.
