    The Mirador de Dalt Vila-Relais & Chateaux is a beautifully classy hotel with friendly staff and great views of the harbor entrance. The small pool and Juliet balconies were the only downsides. Guest (Read More)s praised the clean and comfortable rooms, well-equipped bathrooms, and complimentary gifts. The rooftop terrace and location in the historic Dalt Vila were highlights. The breakfast was a la carte and delicious. Some guests experienced inconsistent service, but overall, it was a 5-star experience.

    I would stay again a room with a view would probably make the stay more enjoyable
    The property is a renovated beautiful building at the top of old town difficult to get to since there is only one entrance and regular traffic is not permitted the GPS is not accurate

    Magical time at Mirador
    Lovely hotel with attention to details. The staff were so nice and always trying to help. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is huge and very comfortable to spend sometime in the jaccuzi bathtub. The lovely staff left us a surprise desert every day of our stay, they made it really special!
    The blankets were very light and when we asked for heavier ones, it seems the hotel doesnt have. The mattress can be better, but it didnt bother our stay.

    Do not stay here its a one star hotel posing as a five star hotel. We would like our money back.
    Location initially until we took a shower and brown water started coming out of the shower head. I have videos of everything but cant seem to upload to your review.
    Showering in brown untreated water not being given another room that night or a comped stay for that evening. They ruined some of our clothes in laundry and tried to charge us 300 euros for the effort. Ants in the room. Also the laundry took 48hrs to get back. The place resides in the Middle Ages. 500 euros a night for this place is ridiculous.

    Perfect hotel for short stay.Exceeded all expectations.
    Perfectly located for the old town Mirador hotel is a treat in itself. Just loved it. Staff are beyond amazing and accommodating. I really cant praise them enough.

    Virginia on front desk was wonderful. Warm and welcoming, nothing too much trouble. All the staff are divine. Special mention also to Carlos who drove us in style at the end of our stay when we could not get a taxi. The location of this hotel is incredible, it is very clean and well kept. The hotel managed to combine exceptionally high standards with a warm, friendly , family feel from the staff. Highly recommend
