An absolutely fantastic, fun yet relaxing and luxurious experience Hard Rock style! I
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Ibiza. The hotel was spacious, clean and luxurious. I liked that the size of it was manageable and not too sprawling. The Eden pool was incredible and we spent pretty much 4 days moving just lounging around the pool and enjoy the at sun lounger service! The pool in October was more then warm
Enough to swim in and my 7 year old had an absolute blast at the pool. The rooms are stunning and in my opinion undersold on their website, clean, luxurious and comfortable, they also have huge glass windows and balconies which have (well our room in any case) stunning views over the hills and the beach. The breakfast was nothing short of fantastic!! We were so charmed and impressed by the grounds which were so beautifully kept and stylish, this far exceeded my expections. Overall a wonderful stay with my family and the October sun was just perfect.

There was honestly nothing I didnt like but I would love there to be a few extra pool tables in the 3rd half sports bar, we often wanted to play but had to wait in line.

This Hard Rock Hotel is good for the beach access.
I like the Hotel beach access and the staff is very good. The roof top bar is nice as well. The bed was very big which was nice. The cafe was a nice place to eat on site because the buffet is too expensive.
The bathroom shower smelled like mold. It did not smell like any cleaner was applied to the shower at all.
The balcony door does not close out the wind. You can hear it all night long whistling...
The welcome letter stated that the price list was kept in the magazine rack for room service and the in room bar but there is not magizine rack in the room?
Everything in the room is glued down to the counters. My wife wanted to use the mirror for her makeup but she could not move it to where she needed it.
The cost for the breakfast seems way to high. No one can eat 40 euro worth of food for breakfast.
The TV says the hotel "WAX" is available which is a turntable with ten records already in the room but I did not have this in the room.

Great place to stay
The check in service was hands down one of the best we have experienced. It was friendly, professional and straightforward. When there was a glitch with the room not quite being ready, everything was sorted out really quickly and we even received an upgrade. The rooms were spacious, clean and we had an amazing view. The rooftop bar is a must visit - go there to watch the world (and planes) go by. Heaps of choices for pools/beach/bars/restaurants and activities. Overall the resort was fantastic and definitely designed to keep you entertained in the one place.
The wrist bands instead of key cards for room access are a great idea but we are on the fence as to their practicality of use. Some of the facilities need a bit of an upgrade - such as the stairwell carpet (just avoid the stairs if you don't want to look at it!) The separate toilet is good but it has obscure glass and an automatic sensor light - which if you are sharing the room with someone, the light will disturb your sleep.

The room housekeeper, not cleaning well and if keeps some money coins in the room and after housekeeping you will see the money.
