The best breakfast. Comfiest bed. Good sound system in room.
No faults with hotel but the prices are expensive to stay here. Worth the experience though.

Third time @ Ushuaia. Everytime I feel suprized with something new and exciting. Breakfast is out of this world, a must for every foodie. They welcomed us with a bottle of Cava to enjoy in the pool area which was really nice.
No entrance to Hi Ibiza anymore included in the room rate which is really a bummer because last two times it was and it was really a good deal and gesture from hotel.

The service and managing crowed if you wanna go out during the concert to a restaurant while you are dressed up. You have to pass through the whole crowd to go to the reception. While there are other doors we could use but they didnt allow us

Anxiety inducing, stressful, argumentative, thirsty and homesick. Not to mention scared to touch anything.
Only a 45 minute walk back to human decency at Ibiza city beach
Where do I start!
We booked fashion suite for a pricy couple of days for my birthday(not a problem) we had a bath on balcony and a funky room! How exciting!
When we got there we were asked to pay an extra 300 for them to hold (no where was this mentioned and if I refused I wouldnt get a refund either)
Then we went up to our room to find no kettle and only a coffee machine where coffee is 4.
Nothing is gratuitous. Scared to use the soap!
Another issue with room was the jacuzzi bath making noises had to call maintenance man who showed us the fuse board and told us to flick it on and off when we want it dangerous and at this point nearly 1000 off my card for these 2 nights.
We went down and swapped rooms as we couldnt be putting wet hands in fuse boards to then try and be tricked to change to a different room labelled as more expensive when I questioned this I was met with and argument til I showed screen shots of the rooms and their prices and got the excuse of oh yes sometimes that one is more though
Needless to say I then got a replacement room for the exact suite. Then came the smell of hot mould! (See pictures) the door must be open at all times due to this over powering smell that left me so poorly.
And over 5 days later I have been worrying about the money being returned, email bounced back - no one on the phone and they have locked up til next summer. They dont care about you at all.

The coolest hotel in Ibiza for partying in top comfort
Design, comfort, facilities, minibar/maxibar have everything you might need, the swimming pool, the beach, everything is cool about this hotel. The sunrise on the pool was a lifetime experience for me
