    I am overcharged for the room than what was advertised on booking .com. I am entitle for the refund.
    Bathroom was not clean. Broken tiles and cleanness was not great.

    Location is excellent. You can see the great Indian Ocen from your window. It is interesting to see so many trains passing as the tracks are close to the shore. Many shops and big malls, restaurants are around and at a walking distance.
    For a 4- star hotel the facilities provided are inadequate. Lobby is very small. My bathroom was not comfortable.Couldn't sleep one night due to loud sound of the band from the hotel party hall that was close to my room.

    Very good service polite staff and willing do more, clean bigger size room with gorgeous view. Nice and clean infinity pool and we witness colorful sunset too.

    Good location, Breakfast layout.
    No assured reservation as per booking details.. preference of room was not honoured. No WiFi, ameties were either not avl or I/s. Had to follow till late in evening to get them usable.
