Fantastic East London stay
Staff were lovely and super helpful. The hotel itself is clean and very well designed and the location is perfect for a selection of restaurants, bars and to easily access different parts of London.
My only critique is that room service is not available after 10:30pm but this is a minor inconvenience - there are much restaurants or night shops close by if needed.

Very disappointing.
Good location. Comfortable bed. Steam shower was lovely and products.
The room was quite small and had an awful view onto the opposite building. The phone in the room was broken (and didnt get fix during our stay even though I reported it) and the window in the room didnt open. We were very disappointed to learn the rooftop pool and bar was closed yesterday evening - this was the main reason I booked the hotel so we could enjoy a cocktail in the evening. Also there were no slippers in the room so we had to walk barefooted up to the rooftop pool in the morning and wait 10 mins for someone to go and get them.
This is not what Id expect from a 5 star hotel.

Lovely little spot to steam & wash away the city
Great boutique hotel in a good location. The rooms are very well appointed & the bathroom with steam shower is a really nice touch. Rooftop heated pool is lovely.
The cocktails were not made particularly well at the price range. Happy to pay 18+ pounds only if they are really well done.

Staff were extremely helpful, the rooms and decor were comfortably luxurious and the rooftop restaurant was very special
Location is about 12 mins walk from Old Street. Not an issue for us but maybe for other travellers.

Trendy place in the heart of Shoreditch with good cocktails, comfy beds and great rooms!
We loved the location, the look and feel of the room and the hotel and the receptionist was very friendly.
The guys in the bar were also very good!!
We also loved the room and size and space in the bathroom and the finish of the room.
I was a bit disappointed that the shower door wouldnt close, so there was a 2inch gap which partially soaked the bathroom floor and meant that the steam function in the shower didnt work.
We also waited a rather long time for our breakfasts and we thought the Full English was a little lacking but the Avocado on toast looked amazing.

Beautiful hotel, great staff and great location.
Staff are exceptional, rooms are lovely, beds are super comfy and the steam shower is something else! Great to have a spa, gym and pool all in one place. Location is great for spending time in Shoreditch but also easily getting to other parts of London due to its proximity to a few different tube lines. Would 100% stay again.
